Just started a few hours ago -- syncing to iPhone 8 has not fixed the issue.

@tymj2112, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa 2 since it's one hour ahead even though you have synced it your iPhone 8.
Please make sure that your Dashboard settings has the correct time zone.
In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, sync your Versa 2 one more time and see if the time gets corrected.

Yes, I was able to reset the time zone to the correct one. I'm not sure why it changed. Thanks.
