My fully charged Versa 2 will not complete booting up. I press the side button for as long a 30 seconds and all I get is the Fitbit Logo screen but the startup / factory reset proceeds no farther. The logo screen goes out after a short while, then comes back on again. The app on my phone states the app is not connected to the Versa 2. Thoughts?

It seems you did a factory reset and now have a watch as you had it when you first got it, so it needs to be re-set up in the App.
Click on the Profile photo in the app and then then + Set up a Device, like when you first installed it.

When setting up device I get the message that the app cannot find the device (Versa 2). Maybe I should have also mentioned that up front.

Try restarting both phone and watch and make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices, watches or phones or PC's on while doing it.

Hey there, does not work, tried outside house, nope, tells me I need an app (that I am using).
