Today when i did my workout i realize that my hearth rate is not accurate, for example i was rowing and my hr was 65 after on weights sometimes was 110 when i reality it was over 120 or sometimes it was 135 when i measured it was like 120 etc,and this is the first time it happened. When i took it 20 days ago i did test with chest rate monitor and it was similar HR.Also had problem with losing hr during the workout but that is what everyone have i think ,so this one is the new problem, what should i do? reset or check again next workout, because its strange that first workout after update hr was fine and today it was inaccurate.
