Versa 2 is receiving duplicate notifications of emails

Fitbit Versa 2 is receiving duplicate notifications of emails. Sometimes 2 and sometimes 8. I’ve tried all the: turn them off and back on. reboot device and phone, etc. No solution so far. Checked and firmware is updated. This drains my battery even more quickly than usual. Has anyone found a solution other than what Fitbit recommends (because none of that has been successful.) Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Please set up your Watch as a replacement device by doing the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_1-1640310509746.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you continue having duplicate notifications, please tell me what email provider are you using?
