Hi there!
I've been using my Versa 2 Interval Workouts with custom values for move/rest/repeat for about 2-3 weeks without issues. After a firmware update, my custom values keep resenting to the presets it came with. Every time I am going to work out, the values are reset. When I try to change them in a rush before my workout, I can see them resenting to the presets even before I have an opportunity to sync. How can I solve this? Thanks!

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these instructions.
In addition, you can custom the Interval Workout values from the online Dashboard here.

Hi there!
I just restarted my fitbit and my custom values for Interval Workouts actually reverted to presets. That's the issue I'm experiencing, so it did not fix it - it actually triggered the issue.
Your second link is broken, but I tried changing the preset values for Interval again after the restart and the same issue happened: I made the change, I synched, then I checked back and they were reverted to presets.
Any other thoughts? Thanks.

If you changed your custom values for Interval Workout from the online Dashboard without luck, you can remove the exercise from the Exercise app on your Fitbit Versa and re add it. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "Can I change or reorder the exercises on my Fitbit device?".

HI there!
I did the change from the online Dashboard yesterday. I am checking right now my fitbit, and my Interval settings have been reset to presets again. Thank you for the second suggestion, but I have done this before and it does not work for my device.
Is there someone else on tech support that I can talk to about this? So far, the fixes you have suggested (resetting the device, changing values in the dashboard, and re-adding the workout) have not worked for me.
