Versa 2 is showing a blue screen

It is showing a blue screen. Like it is frozen. I have tried everything even changing the clock but it still is not working,

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa 2 prior to posting. This is odd as your watch shouldn't be displaying a blue screen, I'm sorry this happened to you. I understand you've worked on this matter, but could you confirm if you've tried performing a restart and making sure your watch is updated to the latest version? If not, please give those steps a try and monitor its behavior afterward.
