My watch is saying it’s 950 on Friday and it’s 1105 on Tuesday. How can I fix it? Syncing isn’t doing anything

Hi there @Pnkmom731, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. @Guy_ Thanks for the help.

Keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or to check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

The way to resolve this is to shutdown and start your watch again.

It checks the time when it starts when it syncs with the phone.

Shut down the watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start the watch

[Hold the button a few seconds till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.
