My versa 2 is showing the wrong date. It's Feb 19 and it shows Jan 11, so I know it's not just a time zone issue. I've deleted it, synced it again. Nothing changes. The time is right, it's just the date.

I have an issue with the time, it is showing about 20 minutes slower than real time. Date is correct. I have let the battery run out, synced, but still the same. How can a digital smartwatch be inaccurrate? Any suggestions for a fix appreciated.

Hi @Inesdc , @JulesG21 - firstly can you try restarting the watch and changing clock face, then to correct the time in the Fitbit App, App settings, turn automatic time zone off, set to another time zone and sync, then set to your time zone and sync then set automatic time zone on and sync.
@JulesG21 - if your watch is losing time it is faulty. Normally if syncing is working properly time will get corrected regularly but as the new V4 Fitbit App can lose connection this automatic syncing won't be working and time won't be corrected regularly.
