Welcome to the Fitbit community, @bronteelina!
Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. Time on your device is set whenever you sync it with the Fitbit app on your phone. So the first approach to fix time on your Sense 2 would be to check if your phone is set to the correct time zone.
For more options how to fix time setting, please have a closer look here:
How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi @bronteelina - the watch can be out by a time zone if you travelled. Sometimes when coming back to the original time zone it doesn't pick up the change.
Very often going to App settings in the Fitbit App and toggling Off/On automatic time zone and then syncing resolves it.
