Versa 2 is stuck in logo screen

Is this is use and through product??Its hardly 1 year and 3 months been since i buy this...The cost was 21k INRAnd now this product is not going next to log screen it stuck...not even support team help to solve this..:: i got an email since this is out of warranty we can not do anything....Seems its not repairable as well....In short such a costly product are USE and Through?

Hi @Sandeeppaigude, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 got stuck in the Fitbit logo screen. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

 

I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
