My versa 2 updated yesterday and since then I can't use it, the lights on the back are not working at all, the ligo is stuck on the front, I can't sync to the fitbit with my phone. I have tried resetting but nothing happening, tried uninstalling app and reinstall but still nothing. Only had fitbit about 4 weeks can anyone help please
