Versa 2 is stuck on Fitbit logo

I've had my Fitbit Versa 2 for about 1 year, no issues. On a nearly full charge, the watch face went black and wouldn't turn back on. Also, the HR monitor was no longer working. Now, my watch keeps flashing the Fitbit icon on the screen over and over. Help please!

Hi there, @joble24. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Having the exact same issue only my Fitbit icon isn’t flashing -

Update: my watch turns on now but cannot get off the home screen. Help!

Mine is also doing this I have factory reset, removed from my account, unpaired from my phone and restated my phone and it still is not working. It will come on for a few minutes then go back to the fitbit icon. And the heart rate monitor will be blank as well.
