Versa 2 is stuck on Fitbit logo

Good Day,

 

My versa 2, just stopped working. I have done the reset button, charged it fully etc but it’s stuck on the Fitbit Logo. Let me know what can be done?

I just went into help forum , my versa just stopped working, I have to return charger and watch and they will replace.

Mine has done the same thing, once in a while it flashes the Home Screen but won’t do anything else and it doesn’t last long.
