My Fitbit Versa 2 is a year and a half old. I’ve never had any issues with it until last week. I’ve tried to reset it countless times. The logo does not appear, instead the screen remains a solid green/white and flickers sometimes. Is there a hard restart that you can recommend?

I am suddenly having this same issue, my Versa 2 won't charge, but will flash/flicker with a green screen, when first connected to the charger.

Mine just started doing the same. Tried everything. Nothing seems to be working. I’ve never had any problem with my Fitbit. So strange!

I am having the same issue!! A few days ago the screen started glitching and the touch screen wasn’t working properly and the clock face would sometimes be stuck between 2 screens, notifications weren’t showing, and then all the sudden the screen was always active and on and my battery is drained in 11 hours… now I’m getting the green screen when first connected to charger. Tried a hard restart and changing my clock face and neither has worked. 😞
