Versa 2 is stuck on a red exclamation mark

I bought Fitbit Versa 2 in September 2019. For the past 9 months, I have not been able use my Fitbit Versa 2 because I see a weird dead battery logo. I tried charging it for long long time but still it doesn't turn on and all I see is below image.IMG_4870.jpg

Is this repairable? What is wrong with my watch? Can I assume my Versa 2 has seen end of life? If it is repairable, how do I take this forward?

Hi there, @fitdaddy18. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out and the image attached. 

Indeed, it seems that the battery went flat, but at the same time it's not charging properly. To solve this issue, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Regarding your inquiry, please note that the battery on your Versa 2 is not replaceable nor interchanged. We as Fitbit do not do it or suggest to do it as it could permanently damage your watch.

So what do I do now? Buy a new Fitbit again and have the same battery problems? What is the solution? Battery is not charging because it went flat so what's the point of going through Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? . I need a proper solution Ma'am.

Anyone from Fitbit care to respond? Feels like it is NOT SO FIT after all. You're keep me on hold for as long as it takes to realize you've already helped me burned more calories from frustration than your device could ever track.
