Versa 2 is stuck on a shortcut

I  reinstalled my fitbit versa 2. Cause it stopped checking heart rate. Now it's stays on Shortcut telling me to press and hold button. But it will not do anything nothing changes

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Will not restart either.
