I just recently upgraded from the charge 2 to versa 2. How long does it take for a new versa 2 to start up? Mine has been on the charger for 15-20 min and I haven’t seen any progress. Am I missing something? Help a girl out please!

Hi there @KimmiJesse, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with the set up of your new Versa 2. 

If during the set up process your Versa 2 asks you to complete the firmware update, this may take up to an hour or more to complete.

However, if you are having issues to set up your watch, please take a look at this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
