I have the versa 2 and I put it on for the first time this morning at 5 am. I went to the gym and cycled for 30 minutes. According to the machine I was using, I burned 206 calories, but my fitbit said I burned 1500 calories by the time I left the gym. I had a quick walk through costco during my lunch break, but other than that I have been at my desk and now my fitbit says I have burned 2781 calories. I find this very hard to believe, is my fitbit calculating my calories correctly?

Hi there, @FienixPhyre. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
While reading your post, I was wondering if you've checked that your personal information (weight or other profile settings such as height, age etc) has been entered correctly? If you haven't done so yet, please double check your personal information to see if your weight and height were properly set. To update your profile, see How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned.
Your BMR is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day.

Hi @FienixPhyre - just in case, Fitbit dies calculate calories you burn all the time from the start of the day. See this article.
How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
