I have had my versa 2 for over a year and not had any issues. This week every time I have exercised, no matter what I do, the calories count is low. I think there is an issue with the heart rate, I can be in the middle of a high impact exercise and the versa is showing below zones or fat burn. Please help!

Hi there, @JARussell. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Have you check your settings to see if anything was changed accidental? I'd check your personal information to see if your weight and height are properly set, it may worth the try. To update your profile, see How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned.
Your BMR is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day.
Hope that helps.

Hi. Just wondering if your issue was resolved and what you did to fix it? I also have had my versa 2 for a while (since 2020) and it was reading heart rates fairly accurate until several days ago, now I'm wondering if it was after the update. When I'm working out I notice the heart rate is barely on fat burn zone when it should be on peak or close to it. I have completed about every suggestion found on the board, from turning HR on and off and sync in between, reset, readjust versa on my wrist when working out. I readjust my band about every 5 minutes during workouts, dry sweat, the wrist band is so tight sometimes, it hurts. Once I readjust, I can see the HR leap from 80s & 90s to over 140s and 150s.
