My Versa 2 starts my tracking my sleep when I'm watching TV in the evening and/or it is on the charger before bed. This has just recently started happening.

Hi there, @Anonasue. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please note that when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleepThis might be the case when you were watching TV. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Thank you. I didn’t realize I could change the time I fell asleep and the time I wake up. I will use this to make the tracking more accurate.
