I have turned off my Versa 2 numerous time and contacted the Fit Bit help. But I can walk 10 steps and my Fit Bit registers 228 or more plus I have burned 624 calories (I wish). I am getting fed up with this Fit Bit and ready to return it to the store. Very disappointed customer!!!
