Versa 2 is turning off and at times unresponsive to touch

I have been experiencing my versa 2 to shut off, vibrate randomly and then restart.  Then very often I will look to check my steps or try to use a timer and my screen is unresponsive to touch therefore I can not use what I was wanting to on my versa 2.  It gets very frustrating.  I have to hold down the back button until it restarts, but that doesn't always fix the unresponsive touch.  I have just reset to factory setting about two days ago, but that did not seem to fix the problems at all.  My husband is in the market for a tracker, and this is starting to discourage him in getting a fitbit versa 2.

Posted elsewhere- change in settings- from auto wake screen to push button to wake screen!

Not ideal at all but seems to of fixed my issue of restarting all the time, until Fitbit sorts the problem.

But I can’t even get to my settings on my watch. The touchscreen is unresponsive.

You have to restart the versa 2 by pressing the on/off button for like 15-20 seconds.
