good day. i've been with fitbit for a while, and for a few purpose my fitbit is now not charging? Whats wrong with it. It said to touch you if I did all the steps and it doesnt work.

Hi @Taliah2005  I'm not sure what steps where tried.

Do you use your phones charger?

Cleaned contacts with isopropyl alcohol I soak a piece of paper.

Have you tried a different charging cord? You might have a friend. 

The first thing I do is go onto amazon and order a third party cord.

 

Have you tried a restart by holding in the button,

I have two chargers, mine and my brother's.

 

Both are working fine on his but they arent working on mine.. I literally do not understand. Is mine a dud? If a moderator can help me I would appreciate it!
