Hey I have been using a Versa 2 for about 2 months, it is not set up to get notification  alerts from my Android phone and I have turned off any notifications that I can find. My watch is vibrating, 2 short buzzes, at random intervals both day and night, sometimes several times within 2 to 3 minutes. I don't know what else I can turn off or disable to stop these vibrations, and they are getting very annoying, especially at 3 AM.

any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @Buzzed2021, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Versa 2 and for trying to troubleshoot it before reaching out. I understand how annoying this must be.

To better assist you with this, would you mind double checking if there are no alarms mistakenly set on your Versa 2? For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Also, I'd like to know if you've had the chance to see what your watch displays at the time it buzzes? How long does it vibrates? Do you do anything to stop it? Like pressing the button or touching the screen? Or it stops automatically? Have you checked if your phone also has any kind notification around the time when your watch vibrates?

In addition, please check if you don't have health and wellness reminders ON. For more information, see What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply, I have looked at the suggestions you gave and as far as I can see all alarms and notifications are off. the "buzz" is more like 2 very short vibrations lasting less than a second each time. it usually happens for example, when I get up from a chair or make a quick movement. it stops automatically, I have not seen anything display that would account for the buzzing. my watch is not linked to any apps on my phone that would account for the notifications and I have not been able to link them to anything that happens on the phone.

@Buzzed2021 Anytime!

Have you checked the health and wellness reminders? It may worth the try. For more information, see What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device?

I don't see this setting on my Versa 2, I just set the do not disturb to see if this stops the problem.

even do not disturb did not help, still getting the vibration at least 3 to 6 times each hour
