Versa 2 isn’t counting hourly steps consistently

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my Versa 2 set up to where my 250+ step hours are between 11am and 3pm. Recently I’ve noticed that—even though I take more than enough steps between these hours—the app will sometimes omit one or two hours completely. It is the same when I checked the online dashboard. However, my watch shows that I did 5 out of 5 hours. Resetting does nothing.

Hi @Phemie - it is strange and possibly a syncing issue as it is not immediate, try another sync later.

Also try a watch restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and it starts.

In conjunction with a logout of  Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it then restart the phone, this may refresh things if there is a temporary issue.

Thanks for the response. I tried all of those things and nothing has changed. Now the app is actually removing my active hours after they are recorded. I’m at a loss as to what to do.

@Phemie - have you by any chance got MobileTrack installed. To check in the Fitbit App click profile photo and see if it is next to the Versa 2 image.
