Just got my versa 2 and it wont read my heart rate it's just blank. I made sure it's on in the watch settings another person make sure auto on is turned on in the fitbit app but there is no option for that I've looked everywhere I tap my face icon and goto my device but the only heart rate option it gives me is custom HR zones. It reads my HR but only if the watch is so loose I have to hold it there to read it. Which is ridiculous cuz if bbn I let go it will just slide down or off my wrist because it has to be so loose. Really disappointed thinking about taking it back but wanna see if anyone can help first.

@DavidBlank Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Versa 2 not reading your heart rate. I want to clarify that the Versa 2 has the heart rate settings on the device itself. Just swipe left, tap settings and scroll down to the heart rate settings to turn it on or off. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
