Versa 2 isn’t recording exercises properly

During exercise it is showing that I am ‘below zone’ which I’m clearly not. It used to show if I was in fat burn or cardio but all it shows now is below zone?

Hi @Cazza49, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the exercise tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your exercises.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa 2 during your next activities and see if it tracks them properly.

Hi, I did as you’d advised. I have just completed a 30 minute HIIT weights class and it’s recorded the whole class as below zone !!!! I can assure you that I didn’t feel like that.

Mine hasn't been recording for a while. It doesn't track my sleep or my heart rate. Apparently I've been logging 0 active minutes for weeks, even though I've been going on 3-5 mile runs every other day.

 

I've been having problems since around August. Followed the steps from support, it works immediately after and then stops again. I've given up expecting it to work properly.
