Tried every recommendation for fixing problems with Versa 2 syncing. Since the update from two days ago, I am unable to reset the interval times for interval workout. Until now, I have been able to reset and sync, with the Versa 2 showing the same time settings as in the app. Now, the app reverts to the presets for the intervals no matter how many times I change the settings. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi there @docwomyn, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the Interval Times not resetting on your Versa 2 and for your efforts in fixing this.
I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they tried to help you with this issue, but since the steps didn't work they will contact you back soon with a resolution.
In the meantime, I'd suggest logging out log and logging back into your Fitbit account. Then, go to exercise shortcuts and at the top right corner you should see edit, tap that and you'll see the red minus button appear next to each activity, click on that and it'll remove it. Go back and sync your device, then to set custom intervals:

Thanks for your response MarreFitbit.
When I hit the edit button, only the “Rest” setting shows the red remove option. I can set my “Move” setting to a different time when not in edit mode, and it seems to keep the setting, but when I sync my “Move” time reverts to what it was before.
I have logged out and deleted the app, turned off both iPhone and Versa, restarted, redownloaded the app and logged back in, and I’m still having the same problem.
Any ideas?
