Hello,
I have a Versa 2 and after installing the latest update earlier this month (November 2021), my watch face no longer displays my selected watch face design. The watch is on and shows the time, but the background is now plain black only, and next to the battery percentage on top, has the following code "~1e97456d". Also for the Alexa sceen, below the Alexa logo, the following code appears: " ~580d5c16" and below that one (in smaller font), this code appears "~35673d4c".
Can you please let me know what is going on and how to reset it or fix this problem?
I have logged out of the app, shut off bluetooth, turned off my phone and then turned my phone once again, turned on bluetooth and logged back into the app, then re-synced the watch, but nothing changed.
Any ideas or how to fix this?
