My versa 2 seems to be working perfectly fine besides the fact that I can’t swipe on the screen to see my health stats/settings/apps. It will swipe occasionally but not consistently. Thanks for all help

I’ve tried this a few times and it never seems to fully fix the problem. I charged my watch to 100% over night and now I can swipe easier one way. It just seems like it has a slow response time and I have to push “extra” hard with my swiping finger.

If you can, can you get the Today app to load by swipe up?
And once there see if up and down work, also on the heart rate value if left and right work.
If not, and you are not using a standard Fitbit clock, can you load a standard Fitbit clock and see if it makes any difference, as it could be a clock face issue.

Yeah that is what I mean by swiping. I can’t get these displays to show. I can get them to show if I push my finger extra hard and swipe that direction for 10-15 attempts. I’ve had this watch face for a good year now, but I will try and change it to see if that solves the problem. Thank you!
