I happened to notice it on Monday when I was at work. I have to wall three flights every day more than once a day. But thought maybe I was taking them fast enough. But then today while mowing hills it didn't count any again and it always does when I mow hills. Any suggestions

Hi there, @Mlmorris1028. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please keep in mind that your watch tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the Versa 2. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

With that being said, please try cleaning it with by following these steps: How do I clean my Fitbit device?

Don't forget that Fitbit devices that count floors have a small hole (altimeter sensor) on the back of the device so please don’t insert any items, such as paper clips, into this hole as you can damage your device.
