Versa 2 isn't tracking my heart rate constantly

My versa has stopped tracking my heart rate when it is on the lower side (low 60s/50s) ie when I am asleep or lying down(This means it’s not tracking my sleep either) . I’ve tried pretty much everything including going back to factory settings. I’ve also tried my strap tight and looser. Any suggestions most welcome.
