Versa 2 isn’t tracking my heart rate. There just the heart showing help

Hi the green sensor on my Fitbit gave up in December. I have tried restarting it, done a reset. it still tracks my steps, keeps time and messages still come through but sleep and heart have not been log since . Is there anything I can do?

What kind of band do you have? Is it loose?

A band that I order from fitbit.no it is not loose

I have the one that came with the watch. I can get one finger under the
band. Moves on my wrist a little--

I ordered mines from Fitbit, because the one that came with it finally wore
out

The problem with mine is the little green light that senses heart and sleep
is no longer coming on. I thought the reset would fix the glitch but no
luck. --

Has anyone found a solution for Versa 2 not reading heart rate?

Mine was off and on again after restarting the device now it's permanently blank since Friday, 24 February 2023.

Help please.

I went through all the trouble shooting and whatnot with both support and the articles and forums, nothing fixed it. My versa 2 is 2 years old and I'm pretty sure it just bit the dust.

Teue my last try is putting a tighter band on! They makes these things to last just so long sad really sad
