Hi everyone,
Few issues with my versa 2.
It's tracking myseep inaccurately, oggin that I'm asleep.when I'm not, it had me in bed til 8am yesterday when I was awake at 6.
It's not monitoring my heart rate when placed on my non dominant wrist. It will log it when I twist it round and have it on the inside of my wrist or on my right wrist but that isn't how I want to wear it. This watch is only days old so I'm hoping it's just teething isues? I've already restarted it several times and switched the heart rate on and off in the versa settings. What am I doing wrong? It's placed exactly how I used to wear my charge 2 and was logging it until yesterday.

Hi there, @Kimdiamond. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Since you just bought the Versa 2, give the RHR a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
In addition to that, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
