Versa 2 isn't tracking steps and other stats

  • I got it two days ago it still says I have walked zero steps. Im almost positive it's synced I get emails an messages to it fron my phone so idk what to do need some help.

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
