Versa 2 isn’t vibrating when I receive text messages

I have my notifications onto receive a vibration when I receive a text message and my versa isn’t vibrating. It s working for every other notification. Please help.

@Scenter21, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it's not vibrating when receiving text notifications.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor the text messages and see if your Versa vibrates when receiving them.
