Versa 2 isn't working as expected

My versa 2 app has deleted ally steps from the past 18 days. I also find that I can't access my app gallery or clock faces, despite my device being connected to the Internet..  My device also hasn't updated to the latest version yet. Could this be the reason the other problems have developed?
