Versa 2 issues *unable to swipe & shuts down

So as of yesterday my Fitbit just keeps restarting itself.  I am unable to get notifications or swipe therefore I cannot factory restart.  I'm beyond frustrated as I have been at this for 2 days.  I didn't change the watch face until today.  I had no issues with the prior watch face.  It is now on a Fitbit face but there nothing is working still.  I bought this in October so I'm highly disappointed that they only way to reset it is through the screen that I cannot get to...

Me too! Battery is full, changed watch face to original one, doesn't help. Resets on its own,  doesn't respond to swipes, taps, sometimes I only see black face. Have not had problems at all prior to about a week ago. Can someone from FitBit please help?!

I ran my Fitbit completely dead and then charged it back up.  That seemed to work.

Mine has been doing the same the past few days. I had a protective cover on it and removed that thinking that was the issue. Has continued to freeze, shut down and restart even without cover. Got mine for a Christmas present, disappointed its having issues so soon.
