I got a Versa 2 from Amazon and have been setting it up over the weekend. It is so incredibly frustrating that I'm thinking of returning it. I've spent hours trying to get the agenda app to connect and Strava that I'm close to giving up.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, tried a complete reset of the fitbit itself and yet whenever I go into Strava, it says "link account", that's despite both Strava and Fitbit dashboards saying my accounts are connected. I've gone through the online connection stuff as well.
In agenda, the permissions are all granted and I can choose which calendar to display on the watch, but whenever I go into agenda on the fitbit, it tells me I need to connect the mobile app and bluetooth!
Can anyone help before I return it to Amazon and look elsewhere?

I’m having the same issue with Strava, every time I connect it, when I go back into Strava it has unconnected again! I’m unsure whether the issue is Fitbit or Strava, but either way it’s definitely frustrating. Would love a solution if there is one 🙂
