Versa 2 just died with 65% battery left.

My Versa 2 stopped working today. I put it on the charger and it started up like it was charging, but came back a while later and it has completely shut off. Tried to do a full reset and nothing works. Screen is black and heart monitor not lighting up. Cannot get it to charge, restart, anything!

This is my 2nd Versa 2 (1st one you had to replace) and was just replaced in August! What the heck? Need someone to contact me ASAP! It apparently hasn't synced since this morning.
