Just bought a Versa 2 in China, and I have changed the language to English however it keeps changing it back to Chinese. I have to go back to my account and change the language back to English but it keeps going back. This is really annoying!

Hi there @SealyBeany, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this situation before reaching out.

Is your phone set in English or Chinese? Please note that the Fitbit app will grab the setting from your phone.

If the language keeps reverting to Chinese, make sure your phone is also in the language you want.

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings > Country.
  3. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
  4. Choose your country, then sync your device.
  5. Follow the instructions to update your device to use the language you selected.

Note that your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account.
