I honestly don't know whats going on. I just got my versa 2, like two days ago and the set up has been really frustrating. I finally got it connected and now it disconnects from the Bluetooth every hour or so and I keep having to restart both my phone and the watch to get it to connect again. However, It's not connecting back now, even after restarting both devices. Its become quite frustrating and Idk what else to do! I have a galaxy s10+ so I would think the software can handle it. 😞

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying these steps, monitor your watch and see if the syncing issue gets fixed.
