Versa 2 keeps disconnecting to Wi-Fi

Every time I click on Media in my fitbit app it disconnects me from wifi.  At first I thought it was just when I used media to get to deezer but it is actually the media on dashboard (I watched my watch to see when it disconnected).  Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago.  I've deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app, deezer, factory reset my fitbit and nothing changes.   Need help
