Versa 2 keeps disconnecting when I upload music

So whenever I upload music to my versa 2 (I use mac) it keeps saying your versa has disconnected. I was trying to upload something around 1 hour. Any reason why?

Regarding the connection issues that your Versa 2 experiences when trying to upload music, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article.
