Versa 2 keeps dying with half charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is the second time my versa 2 died no warning with half a charge.

Worst part is it was on battery saver mode to see if I was just checking it too much.

Seems to be defective or a defect in the firmware or battery.

Hi @Joshjeff - depending on how it stops it could be a clock face issue, try changing to another clock face.

Hi there, @Joshjeff. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

I agree with @Guy_. Nevertheless, as a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Appreciate the idea but I'm on the most basic digital face there is, and as stated was on power saver also.

I recharged it did another restart we shall see, its looking like time to upgrade.
