Versa 2 keeps loosing connection to my account - now it is connected by won’t display time!

This is a constant issue bout of nowhere, my watch will cease to exist, I have to add it back in to my account like it’s completely new. 

this time, it added back, but will no longer display the time!

 

Ready to ditch Fitbit after many many years and just get Apple Watch

Hi @SueK2126 - this is strange, probably best to inform Fitbit using chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
