I just have the brand new versa 2 (slftware versie 35.68.9.12), but I'm really disappointed with the connection with my phone (android 8.0.0). It's so bad that I'm more surprised when it has connevtion than when it has not.
I can't find a workable solution though, since all previous problems were with the old versa. I'm pairing the connections already multiple times a day, what to do more?
Can someone help me please, I'm about to give up and hand it back with the message you dont deliver what you promised.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
