I have been a fitbit user since 2015 and I recently purchased a new Versa 2 because my old, GREAT, Versa died. I didn't want to purchase another fitbit because they have added Amazon's Alexa and I didn't want that feature on my device. I tried another brand, but finally gave in and purchased another Versa. This Versa keeps dropping bluetooth. The watch itself works just fine with tracking exercise, etc., but my phone does not see the watch via bluetooth. I have uninstalled the watch from my fitbit account and reinstalled it which works for a few hours but then it can't connect again. I am not going to try pairing it for the 5th time and was hoping someone else was having the same issue. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.

Mine stopped working as well since the update this is the second time this has happened since I started using a fitbit in 2015 they refuse to fo anything about it as I'm out of warranty but it worked perfectly until the update and as soon as a I did that it stopped working yet they refuse to admit something is not right with their update
