Versa 2 keeps rebooting, I have tried everything

Hi, I've Versa 2 smartwatch.

All the sudden today after the charge was completely drained the watch didn't start (Stuck on the logo)

 

i Have tried all options on the Web and noting works.  Cleaned the charger and watch contacts, tried a different charger, removed app and reinstalled. 

 

This is very sad, I've invested in this watch thought it is something reliable, but this is the outcome in less than 1 Year!
