Versa 2 keeps saying "No Internet Connection"

My Fitbit doesn't let me add any apps. It keeps saying no Internet connection but it is connected to my wifi. I've restarted both my Fitbit and the actual app.

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
